2. Hold the black side of the take-up reel in one hand and, with the
other hand, pull off the metal side of the reel.

3. Remove the roll of yellow backup copies and save per hospital
policies/procedures.
4. Snap the metal side back onto the reel and replace the reel into the
holder.
5. Remove the empty paper core and discard the core.

6. Place a new paper roll into position so that the paper feeds from the
back of the roll.
