Weight Trend Chart

Use trend to view the initial weight value and date of reading as well as the date, time and weight value of
the four most recent weight readings.

1.

With

Scale

menu showing, press

Wt Trend Chart

button. The display shown at right will appear.
• The top line of the weight trend chart will display

the date and initial weight entered during patient
placement. This line is for reference and will not
change.

• After four readings have been recorded, the most

recent weight reading will appear on the bottom line of the display. This information will move up
one line each time a new weight reading is saved into the weight trend chart, and will eventually
move up and off the display.

Press

Exit

button to exit weight trend chart, then press

Exit

again to return to the

Home

menu.

Transport Mode

Transport mode will automatically activate if power fails or the unit is unplugged from the wall outlet while
still in operation.

1.

Unplug power cord from wall outlet. The display
shown at right will appear on the main control panel.
• A low beep (from the inverter / charger) will

sound when the unit is unplugged, and will
sound again every minute until battery back-up is
cancelled.

• Approximate time remaining for reserve power will

count down in display. Each bar in the display equals approximately 30 minutes. The unit will provide
static air support for approximately 120 minutes (two hours). Use of unit functions (raise / lower
head, foot, bed, etc.) will decrease reserve power more rapidly than static air support.

Two-hour support is provided only if the batteries are fully charged.

• Pulsation, percussion, the warmer and the exit alarm will be deactivated while in transport mode.

The

Instaflate

feature is the only air function, other than static air support that will not be deactivated

when unit is unplugged.

The unit will automatically shut off to conserve battery power if the unit is unplugged with air off and
the display on for one hour. To restart the unit, plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
