Pulsation Menu

Use the

Pulsation

menu to view and adjust pulsation therapy current status, intensity and cycle time.

With

Main

menu showing, press

Pulsation

button. The

Pulsation

menu shown above will appear.

Pulsation is automatically activated when

On / Off

button is pressed during the

Power-Up

Procedure

. If Pulsation has been deactivated by the caregiver, it will be automatically reactivated

when the

Pulsation

button is pressed.

The current status, intensity and cycle time for pulsation are highlighted.

If a change is not made within approximately one minute the display will automatically return to the

Home

menu. All settings shown at the time will be automatically saved and become the current

settings.

Press

Change

button to highlight either On or Off.

Current status indicates if pulsation therapy is activated or deactivated.

Press

Intensity

button: use adjust button to highlight either Low, Med or Hi.

Intensity determines how high above and how low below the target pressure (midposition) cushions will
inflate / deflate during pulsation.

Press

Cycle Time

button: use adjust button to highlight either 2, 5, 10, 20 or 40 min.

Cycle time determines how quickly a cushion will complete a full cycle i.e., inflate, return to midposition,
deflate, return to midposition and be ready to inflate again.

Press

Pulse Hour Meter

button: zeroes the meter which measures the time spent in pulsation mode.
