Percussion Menu

Use the

Percussion

menu to view and adjust percussion therapy current status, intensity, duration and

frequency.

With

Main

menu showing, press

Percussion

button. The

Percussion

menu shown above will appear.

The current status and intensity for percussion are highlighted.

If a change is not made within approximately one minute the display will automatically return to the

Home

menu. All settings shown at the time will be automatically saved and become the current

settings.

Press

Change

button to highlight either On or Off.

Current status indicates if percussion is activated or deactivated.

Press

Intensity

button: use

Adjust

button to highlight either Low, Med or Hi.

Intensity is the range of pressure exerted on the lung area during percussion therapy to aid in the
mobilization of fluids and mucous.

Press

Duration

button: use

Adjust

button to sequentially display 5 through 90 min, in five minute

increments.

Duration is the length of time percussion therapy will be provided.

Press

Frequency

button: use

Adjust

button to sequentially display 1 through 19 beat / sec, in 1 beat / sec

increments.

Frequency is the number of beats per second that percussion therapy will provide.

button to save
