Check the continuous connection of the ground wire system. Measure between the ground wire
connection and the test points of the ground wire system. Check the tight fit and tightening torque
for each ground wire terminal.

Maintenance work: Checking electrical connections

Check the correct tightening torque of the connections.

For a VECTOPOWER VP5000-DC/DC60 see chapter 6.3.8 Installation and commissioning,
Installation, Establishing electrical connections on the VECTOPOWER VP5000-DC/DC60.

Maintenance work: Checking cooling connections

Check the correct tightening torque of the cable glands. See the manufacturer's technical data for
the connections.

Maintenance work: Checking the coolant

Check the coolant for discoloration, turbidity, and odors. Check the mixing ratio. Check whether
the coolant needs to be refilled. See chapter 3.3.8 Product description, Technical data, Data for
cooling.

If necessary, top up or replace the coolant.

Behavior in the event of faults

If you notice unusual noises or odors, unusual heat generation or anything else unusual,
disconnect the VECTOPOWER from the power supply. Take measures to prevent unauthorized
reconnection. Inform the responsible specialist.
