Chapter 7 – TRANSPORTING THE MACHINE ON TROLLEY
Proceed with extreme caution, make sure that all the indications in this
manual are observed regarding the running and stopping of the machine.
Use vehicles that are of sufficient capacity and are driven by qualified
personnel.
Before loading the machine on the truck, make sure it is unloaded.
Load and unload the machine in flat and solid areas that assure stability to the wheels.
Use appropriate ramps.
Make sure the floor is clear and clean with traces of mud, oil and/or other slip material.
Use a marker that keeps a general view of the machine, floor and operator.
Lower the dump.
Maintain a very low climb or drop speed both on the ramps and on the floor, limiting the use of the throttle and
steering to the minimum indispensable.
Carry out the machine as described above.
Attach the machine securely to the floor and lock the wheels with special wedges.
Make sure that all doors, hoods, or other moving parts are properly closed.
Measure the maximum height of the floor machine, making sure that it does not exceed 4 m (no shipping
allowed)
Make sure the truck driver is aware of the bulkhead before leaving.
Do not use the roof uprights to anchor the machine during transport
Transport with a total height of cart +4m maximum machine is not allowed
