Exceeding slopes may result in loss of machine stability resulting in overturning risk.
- do not change direction sharply on the slopes and perform lateral displacements on or below the slope; if
this is not psosible, perform more oblique shifts while keeping the axis of the machine as close to the slope
as possible.
- Never move heavily oblique or, worse, with the axis of the machine turned 90° from the slope direction; to
make the change of direction set wide steering rays, especially with articulated machine.
- When working on a slope and turning on the fuel tank warning light, make sure that the fuel is supplied as
soon as possible; give the inclination under the machine, the engine can suck air and stop suddenly,
endangering the operator’s safety.
LOADING DUMP
No specific explanations are required to load the box manually, under silos or other mechanical means, unless
recommended by the safety regulations.
Do no stay in the driving seat while loading.
UNLOAD DUMP
Get closer to the discharge area while keeping away from safety.
Stop the machine.
Slowly raise the drain box.
Lower the drump when the unload is over.
.
Always lower the dump after the unload phase.
RIGHT UNLOAD ON SLOPES
Respecting the recommended slope limits does not mean you can
maneuver the vehicle in full freedom in any load, ground or maneuver
condition on the slope. In any case, it is adisable to halve gradient values
on humid or disjoint ground.
Exceeding slopes may result in loss of machine stability resulting in overturning risk.
To avoid loss of stability:
- do not discharge the machine with the driven machine.
- pay attention to the unloading of compact material.
