EXTERNAL VISUAL INSPECTION
Before commencing work each day or at the end of every working day, it is advisable to briefly check the machine
to note and intervene on those malfunctions and troubles that are detected. This will reduce maintenance
expenses as well as machine inactivity. Inspect the following areas:
Arm-bucket pivoting points
Hydraulic system and hoses.
Loose parts and instruments.
Engine and Radiator.
Tires.
Axles and Shifter.
Studs and Hydraulic Jacks.
Check oil, fuel, or coolant leaks, loose bolts, belts, worn, slow connections, and dirt build-up.
Grease and/or oil accumulated on an engine are a danger of fire.
For any type of leak (oil, fuel, or coolant) remove the spilled fluid. If you find a leak, find the source and repair.
If you suspect a leak, check the fluid levels more often than normal until the leak is detected and repaired or
until the suspect becomes unfouded.
Check all the lights/indicators of the machine and replace any burnt bulbs or broken housings.
Try horn operation. Repair or replace it if necessary.
Check that all safety decals are in place and are not damaged. Replace it if necessary.

DASHBOARD SIGNALLING CONTROL
Whenever you access the job startup post, it is essential that you have the ignition indicator on the dashboard
checked after switching the ignition key on the first click.
Check the following warning lights:
Diagnostics of engine fault conditions
Overheating warning light for engine coolant heating.
Fuel reserve warning light
Engine oil pressure warning indicator.
Hydrostatic power oil warning signal
Recharge signal battery failure indicator..
