System and error message flags (1=true, 0 = false)
bit 0 - temperature rise failure.
bit 1 - cell is over temperature.
bit 2 - zero gas range error, true when (ideal span mv
- ideal zero mv) - (measured span mv - measured zero
mv) > 5mv.
bit 3 - span gas range error, true when (ideal span
gas mv) - (measured zero gas mv) > 30 mv
bit 4 - primary calibration being performed
bit 5 - memory is corrupted, meaning the EEPROM has
been erased and is using the default values.
bit 6 - excessive cal error, true when the primary
calibration cannot adjust the temperature of the cell
enough to make the cell read the correct mv. The up -
per actual temperature for the insitu is 800C, for the
3 in 1, 925C, and for all others, 850C.
bit 7 - calibration required, true after a primary cal,
or if the EEPROM has been erased and the unit is using
default values.
bit 8 - thermocouple failure
bit 9 - thermocouple compensation failure
bit 10 - calibration or verify aborted.
bit 11 - calibration aborted.
bit 12 - system verifying calibration, will be true
during the verify and any recovery time that is speci -
fied.
bit 13 - system calibrating, will be true during the
calibration and during any recovery time that is speci -
fied.
bit 14 - auto verify pending, an auto verify is going
to occur at the set time
bit 15 - auto calibration pending, an auto calibration
is going to occur at the set time
bit 16 - verify failure, the verify gas has measured
outside the range set by the user.
