Service

IMPORTANT

For the following functions to work the USB memory

must contain fi les with software for the controller.

IMPORTANT

A software update does not reset the menu settings in

the controller.

IMPORTANT

If the update is interrupted before it is complete (for ex-
ample power cut etc.), the software can be reset to the
previous version if the OK button is held in during start up
until the green lamp starts to illuminate (takes about 10
seconds).

USB service outlet

The display unit is equipped with a USB socket that
can be used to update the software, save logged in-
formation and manage the settings in the controller.

This allows you to update the software in the controller.

When a USB memory is connected a new menu
(menu 7) appears in the display

The fact box at the top of the display shows informa-
tion on the most likely update that the software has
selected from the USB memory.

This information states the product for which the soft-
ware is intended, the software version and general

information about it. If you wish to choose a diff erent

fi le than the one selected, the correct fi le can be se-

lected by pressing “select a diff erent fi le”.

Start the update

Select “start the update” if you wish to start the up-
date. You will be asked whether you really want to
update the software. Click “yes” to proceed or “no”
to go back. If you responded “yes” to the previous
question, the update will start and you can now follow

the progress of the update on the display. After the

update is complete, your controller will reboot.
