Parameter Description
Dot1x Click the drop-down menu to select an authentication method to verify the Dof1x
access.

Method - Click the drop-down menu to select a method. The method options
are:

Undefined - the authentication method is disabled.

IAS - the user's ID and password in Internal Authentication Server Data-
base will be used for authentication.

Local - the user's locally stored ID and password will be used for authenti-
cation.
 None - the user is not authenticated.

Radius - the user's ID and password will be authenticated using the
RADIUS server.
Submit Click Submit to update the screen. To save the values across a power cycle per-
form a system save.
Accounting Configuration
Accounting Configuration allows the users to record information about clients who were
successfully authenticated and allowed access to the network. To access this page, click
Management > AAA > Accounting Configuration .

Parameter Description
Accounting Type Click the drop-down menu to select an accounting type.
 EXEC - Account login and logout time for a user session.

COMMANDS - Account executed commands for a user.
Accounting List Click the drop-down menu to select an accounting list you want to configure. Select
“Create” to define a new list and the default is undefined.
Accounting List Enter the accounting list name: up to 12 characters.
