7.9 Managing the job memory
7.9.1 Saving jobs
Up to 100 jobs can be saved and recalled as needed. A job can contain the following information:
— Welding mode used (shielding gas type, welding wire material, welding wire diameter, end crater
procedure, penetration control, etc.)
— Welding current, welding voltage for each sequence
— Parts of internal functions
The parameters (electronic data) saved in the welding power source job memory can be damaged,
modified or deleted by the occurrence of static electricity, shock or repairs.
► For safety, always copy the parameters to other, external data carriers (e.g. a USB stick) and store them
separately from the device.
7.9.2 Changing the job

Press the <Save> button.
The system switches to memory mode and the LED above the
<Save> button illuminates.
The job no. (memory location number) is displayed blinking
in the right digital display and the <JOB No.> LED is
illuminated.

Select the desired memory location number (job no.) using
the <Parameter setting> knob.
If a value is saved under the selected job no., it is displayed
in the left digital display. At the same time, the LEDs above
the <Operating mode> or <Welding wire material> selection
buttons illuminate. If no value is saved under the selected job
no., <- - -> is displayed.

Press <Enter>.
The LED above the <Enter> button blinks.
The saved values blink in the left/right digital display.

Press <Enter>.

The saved values blink in the left/right digital display.

Adjust the values accordingly.

To change the job no., press the <Save> button.
The display changes to the following status:

To exit the memory function, press the <Load> button.

Press <Enter>.
The welding parameters are saved to the selected job no. and the system
exits the save function.
