6.7 Setting up the buffer box
1
Slightly loosen the wing screws on the buffer box.

Swivel the robot in axis J5 −90°.
The buffer box moves into the optimum position over the slots.

Tighten the wing screws on the buffer box.
6.8 Connecting the Pull Feeder KINETIC cable assembly
All cables in the cable assemblies are labeled.
► Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Connecting the welding power cable

Use the cylinder head screws to connect the welding power cable to the power fitting.

Insert the other end of the welding power cable into the <power supply> socket on the front of the
welding power source.
