Termination Mode
(See section 6.3 for the procedure)
There are two termination modes, Keep and return (Rtn).
In Keep mode, the last source level of the sweep operation is retained. In Return (Rtn)
mode, the source level after the sweep operation is complete is reset to the level before
the sweep operation was started.

The selectable range is 1 to 1000 or infinity (
∞
). For example, if the repeat count is set
to 5, the GS610 repeats the sweep operation five times when it receives a start event.
Then, the GS610 returns to the start-wait condition. If infinity (
∞
) is selected, the GS610
starts the sweep operation when it receives a start event and repeats the operation until
the sweep operation or output is turned OFF.
