Log Sweep
Sweeps exponentially from the specified start value to the stop value at the specified
step count.
The step count can be set arbitrary in the range of 2 to 65535. However, if the start
value and stop value have opposite signs, an error occurs, and the sweep operation
cannot be carried out.
