10.2 Synchronized Operation

Note

• The time for the signal to pass from TRIG IN to TRIG OUT (ORIGIN) is 1 

µ

s or less.

• The error in the time from applying a signal to TRIG IN to starting the source measure cycle is

less than or equal to 10 

µ

s.

• Use fixed range for the source range setting ad measurement range setting on all GS610s

that are to be synchronized, and set various time parameters such as the integration time to

the same value.

• Use the shortest wiring possible to reduce the delay caused by wiring capacitance.

• Keep the number of slave units less than five.
