Installation Near Sources of Heat

Implement measures to prevent temperature increases caused by radiant or convection heat
from heat sources so that the temperature around the SERVOPACK meets the surrounding air
conditions.



Installation Near Sources of Vibration

Install a vibration absorber on the installation surface of the SERVOPACK so that the SERVO-
PACK will not be subjected to vibration.



Installation Near Devices That Generate Strong Magnetic Fields

Do not install the SERVOPACK in a location with a magnetic density of 0.01 teslas (100
gausses) or greater.



Other Precautions

Do not install the SERVOPACK in a location subject to high temperatures, high humidity, water
drops, cutting oil, excessive dust, excessive dirt, excessive iron powder, corrosive gasses, or
radioactivity.
