WorkCentre 7120 Multifunction Printer

User Guide

Load the envelopes in the envelope tray flap side down. Flaps should be closed and on the leading
edge, toward the left side of the tray.

Notes:

•

Printing will appear on the side facing up.

•

Do not load envelopes above the maximum fill line. Doing so may cause jams.

Adjust the guides in the envelope tray so they touch the edges of the stack.

Push the tray completely into the printer.

If you have changed the envelope size: on the printer touch screen, touch

choose the envelope size on the touch screen, touch

Save

If you are loading more envelopes of the same size, touch
