TEL/FAX Mode
In TEL/FAX mode, the machine automatically answers the call. If
the machine detects a fax signal, it will receive that fax. If a fax
signal is not detected, the machine will give another ringing tone
to tell you it is a phone call. For this function, the LCD display on
the control panel shows TEL/FAX.
Xerox label
This is the machine label found on the back of your machine. It
contains such items as the Federal Communications Commission
Registration number, the Ringer Equivalence Number and the
machine’s serial number.
