Using a DFA Finishing Device
A DFA (Digital Finishing Architecture) finishing device can be connected directly
to the digital press, or the EHCS.
All DFA devices are installed by your Xerox service representative. Once
installed, the User Interface Touch Screens provide Finishing Module selections.
NOTE:
If you do not have a scanner, all DFA settings, Profiles and Functions of
the device are accessible through your color server. Refer to the documentation
that came with your server.

With the Finishing Module button selected on the Basic Features screen, touch
the
Settings button to accomplish the following:
• Make finishing settings for the DFA device
• View Profiles
• Enable or disable Functions
You can not change Profile or Function settings on the digital press. Refer to the
documentation that came with the DFA device for information on changing
settings.
