The voice processing system can be programmed to play 4 different greetings depending
on the time of the day or if it is a holiday. A holiday greeting will be active from midnight,
the day of the holiday, until 11:59 the day of the holiday, or the next time it is scheduled to
change modes. There is one call routing menu, which allows callers to enter their desired
destinations, such as a Department mailboxes or an individual extensions.
