The recall time is a system wide parameter that determines the amount of time that a call
will remain on hold before recalling at the station that placed it on hold.

When an initially ringing CO Line is programmed to ring the alternate attendant, and the
inbound CO Line call goes unanswered, the call will automatically switch to “Active Alert
Ring Status. “
