Modulation
MBC - 4-25
This parameter affects the coding method for which Caller ID data is detected on CO Lines.
The system is capable of detecting CID on CO Lines for incoming (ringing) call. The system
can detect either FSK or DTMF signaling for CID but cannot be set for both simultaneously.
Choose the method required for your application and set that value here. (Usually the
modulation method is “FSK”.)
Data Range: FSK/DTMF
Factory Setting: FSK

This parameter is used to determine allowable volume (gain) adjustment settings for the
function modes: “Page Level”, “Speaker Limit”, and “Handset Limit”. This can be used to
control overall office noise levels and to set maximum allowable settings for the benefit of
the users.
