The initial display, which appears to be blank is the Menu Bypass Code (MBC) Entry

screen.

This screen allows the programmer to enter a MBC and then Press

show

and jump directly

to the programming parameter. For example to set the System Time and Date enter 415,

the display will show 4-15, and then press

show

If the actual MBC Code is not know, just enter something close, like 410, and press next

until the desired parameter is found.

A full list of MBC Codes can be found in Appendix “B”.
