3.7 Replacing the tubing system
The complete tubing system has to be replaced at regular intervals.
The following components are part of the tubing system:
z
Permeate tube
z
All tubing sections between consumable container and thermoblock
z
All transition tubing pieces
z
All connection pieces (T-pieces and L-pieces)
z
All pump tubings
z
Tubing at the thermoblock outlet
Two packets with spare tubes (Wpack/ N
2
11) are included in the scope
of delivery of the analyzer module. Normally, the two packets are
sufficient for one year's operation. For reordering, see section
6.1 A

When it is replaced depends on the sample preparation. The TresCon
has adjustable timers that indicate the maintenance activities required
when the relevant service intervals expire.
Cleaning solution causes severe corrosion
Do not allow this substance to get into the hands of children. Wear
suitable protective gloves and goggles/face mask when working with
this substance.
If this substance gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and
consult a doctor.
Warning
Only trained personnel is allowed to work on the analyzing section.
Always follow the warning instructions on the chemical containers and
the safety datasheets!
Always use protective equipment!
Note
You are informed when the tubing system must be replaced by a timely
message on the display (service intervals).
