Replace the pump tubings. Insert a new pump tube in the
pump cassette so that the second section is on the suction
side.

Click the cassette into place in the peristaltic pump and close
the gripping lever.

Connect the sample tubing to the overflow vessel again.

After performing the tasks, confirm each of the prompts on the
display with

. After the last confirmation, the 2nd part of

the procedure begins immediately. The remaining time
appears on the display.
