TRANSMISSION

Shuttle Case Assembly

CAUTION

• The shuttle case assembly is heavy, so that take care it when

handling.

1. Put wooden piece (5) under the shuttle case assembly (4).
2. Remove the screws (1), (2) and nut (3).
3. Remove the shuttle case assembly (4) by screwing M8 x Pitch

1.25 mm screws into holes A and B.

(When reassembling)

• Apply transmission fluid to the O-ring.

(Reference)

Disassembling Speed Change Cover

1. Remove the oil guide (2).
2. Remove the spring pin, and remove the fork rod (4) and shift fork

(5).

3. Remove the ball (8), (9).
4. Remove the fork rod (6) and shift fork (7).
5. Remove the fork rod (3) and shift fork (1).

NOTE

■

• Pay attention so as not to lose the ball (9), (10), (12).
