TRANSMISSION

(D) Main Speed Change Rod and Select Wire (CABIN Type)

When replacing or reassembling the select wire and main speed change rod, follow the installing procedure shown

below.

Installing Main Speed Change Rod and Select Wire

1. Install the main speed change rod 1 (5) and main speed change

rod 2 (6).

2. Screw in the select wire (3) fully to the rod end (2).
3. Fix the select wire (3) to the slot of the bracket (4) so that the

threaded portion A and B become the same.

4. Confirm the select wire (3) is separated from the select lever (9),

then fix the select wire (3) with the nut (7) temporarily.

5. Shift the main speed change lever (1) to the 1st-2nd side until the

lever touches stopper, then shift the select lever (9) to the 1st-2nd
side.

6. Check that the hole of the wire end (8) is corresponding to the

projection on the select lever (9).

7. If not, adjust by the nut (7).
8. Connect the select wire (3) to the select lever (9).
9. After installing the main speed change rod 1, main speed change

rod 2 and select wire, check the main speed change lever by
operating actually.
