Linear Actuator - Direct Mounting.
For linear actuators, a “linear magnet assembly” and mounting bracket can be used. Be aware that there
are as many combinations of brackets as the number of different actuators types and sizes.
To assemble the positioner in this type of actuator, normally the sequence below should be followed:
Step 1:
Assemble the linear magnet assembly on the magnet mounting bracket
Step 2:
Assemble the magnet assembly with the bracket on the actuator stem. (Steps 1 and 2 – sections 3.3.1
and 3.3.2 - can be in the reverse order depending on the type of the actuator)
Step 3:
Assemble the positioner mounting bracket on the actuator
Step 4:
Assemble the positioner on the mounting bracket. (Steps 3 and 4 – sections 3.3.3 and 3.3.4 - can be in the
reverse order depending on the type of the actuator)
