Description
This command enable or disable the spontaneous sending of the last PDP deactivated
counters.Theses counters are related to connection time of a PDP context or data
volumes sent and received during a PDP context life (ie between is activation and
deactivation). NOT IMPLEMENTED IN CURRENT VERSION
