Si ricorda che la macchina può
lavorare con una vastissima gam-
ma di prodotti, e ciò comporta
una diversa rapidità nell’ usura di
alcuni componenti.
I tempi di intervento di manuten-
zione consigliati sono quindi su-
scettibili di modifiche.
E‘ sempre preferibile programma-
re periodicamente gli interventi
anziché dover intervenire in con-
dizioni di emergenza così da eli-
minare potenziali arresti durante
i periodi di massima produzione.
Il non attenersi strettamente alle
seguenti istruzioni può causare
rischi sugli operatori ed invali-
dare la garanzia sulle macchi-
ne fornite.
ATTENZIONE
Ogni intervento di manutenzio-
ne, lubrificazione e pulizia deve
essere eseguito a macchina in
sicurezza.
Per materiali pericolosi si devo-
no usare i DPI idonei in accordo
con la scheda di sicurezza della
polvere trattata.
Le operazioni di manutenzione
devono essere effettuate da tec-
nici specializzati.
Sollevare e maneggiare tutti i
particolari pesanti con un mezzo
di sollevamento adatto.
Assicurarsi che i gruppi od i parti-
colari siano sostenuti da imbra-
gature e ganci appropriati.
Accertarsi che non ci siano perso-
ne in prossimità del carico da sol-
levare.
Si ricorda che una precisa e pe-
riodica manutenzione ed un uso
corretto sono la premessa indi-
spensabile per garantire un ele-
vato rendimento della macchina.
Per assicurare il suo costante e
regolare funzionamento ed evi-
tare che vengano a mancare i pre-
supposti per la sostituzione in
garanzia, si raccomanda di uti-
lizzare sempre ricambi originali.
La manutenzione del motovibra-
tore deve essere eseguita secon-
do le indicazioni contenute nel
manuale dello stesso.

faut utiliser les EPI appropriés
conformément à la fiche de sécu-
rité de la poudre traitée.
Les opérations d’ entretien doi-
vent être effectuées par des tech-
niciens spécialisés.
Soulever et manipuler les pièces
lourdes avec un moyen de leva-
ge approprié.
S’ assurer que les groupes ou les
pièces sont soutenues par des élin-
gues et des crochets appropriés.
S’ assurer qu’ il n’ y a personne à
proximité de la charge à soule-
ver.
Il est rappelé qu’ un entretien ré-
gulier et précis ainsi qu’une utili-
sation correcte sont les conditions
indispensables pour garantir un
rendement élevé de la machine.
Pour assurer un fonctionnement
constant, régulier et ne pas ris-
quer de ne plus bénéficier du rem-
placement sous garantie, il est
recommandé d’utiliser unique-
ment des pièces détachées d’ori-
gine.
L’entretien du motovibrateur doit
être réalisé en suivant les indica-
tions contenues dans le manuel.

gungsarbeiten ist die Maschine
in den sicheren Zustand zu brin-
gen.
Für gefährliches Schüttgut sind
die persönlichen Schutzausrüs-
tungen zu benutzen, die auf den
Sicherheitsdatenblättern des be-
handelten Schüttguts beschrie-
ben sind.
Die Wartungsarbeiten sind von
spezialisierten Technikern auszu-
führen.
Alle schweren Einzelteile mit ei-
ner angemessenen Hubeinrich-
tung heben und transportieren.
Sicherstellen, daß Gruppen oder
Einzelteile von passenden An-
schlagelementen und Haken ge-
halten werden.
Sicherstellen, daß sich in der
Nähe der zu hebenden Maschine
keine Personen aufhalten.
Eine genaue und regelmäßige
Wartung wie auch eine korrekte
Benutzung sind in der Regel die
Voraussetzungen für eine hohe
Leistung der Maschine.
Um einen konstanten und ord-
nungsgemäßen Betrieb zu garan-
tieren und zu vermeiden, die Vo-
raussetzungen für die Garantie-
gewähr zu verlieren, sollte man
immer nur Originalersatzteile ver-
wenden.
Die Wartung des Unwuchtmotors
ist gemäß der Angaben im Hand-
buch desselben vorzunehmen.

anteeing high machine perform-
ance.
To ensure that the machine func-
tions constantly and normally and
to prevent the guarantee's re-
placement clauses being invali-
dated, we recommend that you
always use original spare parts.
Maintenance of the vibrator mo-
