If, during operation, there is a prob-
lem with downflow of the product, the
motovibrator can be adjusted, by in-
creasing or decreasing its intensity
of vibration.
PROCEDURES FOR ADJUSTING
MOTOVIBRATOR
The motovibrator installed is of the
variable weights type; it is therefore
necessary to change the degree of
intensity of vibrations according to
the method described in the (en-
closed) USE AND MAINTENANCE
manual supplied by the Manufactur-
er.
The value of regulation of the mo-
tovibrator fitted on the FIBC, is closely
linked to the conditions of use.
The adjustment must be made be-
fore start-up.
The parameters to be taken into con-
sideration are:
- Type of product;
- Humidity;
- Temperature;
- FIBC storage time;
- Flow rate;
- FIBC dimensions.
The adjustment defined by the Man-
ufacturer during the acceptance test
phase is 70%.
If it is necessary to change this val-
ue, it is advisable to proceed gradu-
ally.
If the results are not satisfactory,
before proceeding with another ad-
justment, empty the product from the
hopper in order to avoid residue from
previous tests.
THE OPERATION MUST BE CAR-
RIED OUT EXCLUSIVELY BY QUAL-
IFIED PERSONNEL, WITH THE
POWER SUPPLY DISCONNECTED.
- Remove the side covers after un-
screwing the screws.
- Slacken the Allen nut (photo 1) and
move the mobile mass (photo 2) to
the required position, and tighten all
the way after fitting the respective
washers.
- Retighten the Allen nut all the way
(Photo 3).
The weights must be adjusted per-
fectly equal and in the same direc-
tion on both sides.
Maximum intensity is obtained with
the adjustable masses perfectly
aligned with the fixed masses.
Refit the covers, after replacing
the OR sealing ring without dam-
aging it.

Wenn während des Betriebs der Ent-
leerungsstation feststellt wird, daß
das Produkt unregelmäßig ausgetra-
gen wird, kann eine Einstellung des
Vibrationsmotors vorgenommen wer-
den, indem man die Stärke der Vibra-
tionen erhöht oder verringert.
VORGEHENSWEISE ZUR EINSTEL-
LUNG DES VIBRATIONSMOTORS
Der eingebaute Vibrationsmotor hat
einstellbare Un-wuchtmassen. Man
kann daher die Stärke der Vibrationen
nach Bedarf einstellen. Dazu die Be-
schreibungen der BETRIEBS- UND
WARTUNGSANLEITUNG (in der An-
lage) beachten, die der Hersteller des
Motors liefert.
Der Wert, auf den der Vibra-
tionsmotor eingestellt ist, der in der
Big-Bag- Entleerungsstation installiert
ist, ist abhängig von den Einsatzbe-
dingungen.
Die Einstellung ist vor der Inbetrieb-
nahme vorzunehmen.
Die zu berücksichtigenden Parame-
ter sind:
- Produkttyp;
- Feuchtegehalt;
- Temperatur;
- Lagerzeit des
BIG-BAG
;
- Durchsatzmenge;
-
BIG-BAG -Abmessungen.
Vom Hersteller ist der Motor bei der
Abnahmeprüfung auf einen Wert von
70% eingestellt.
Falls dieser Wert geändert werden
muß, immer stufenweise vorgehen.
Wenn das Resultat nicht zufrieden-
stellend ausfällt, vor weiteren Einstel-
lungen das Produkt aus dem Trichter
entfernen, um bei weiteren Versuchen
keine Restmengen zu haben.

- Die Seitendeckel abnehmen, nach-
dem man die Schrauben losgedreht
hat.
- Die Innensechskantmutter (Bild 1)
lockern, das bewegliche Gewicht
(Bild 2) in die gewünschte Position
bringen und fest anziehen, nach-
dem man immer die entsprechen-
den Unterlegscheiben dazwischen-
gelegt hat.
- Die Mutter fest anziehen (Bild 3)
Die Gewichte müssen perfekt gleich-
mäßig und auf beiden Seiten in der
gleichen Richtung eingestellt werden.
Die max. Stärke erhält man, wenn die
einstellbaren Gewichte perfekt zu den
festen Gewichten ausgerichtet sind.
Die Deckel wieder montieren. Vor-
sichtig den O-Ring dazwischen le-
gen, ohne diesen zu beschädigen.

cente du produit, on peut effectuer le
réglage du motovibrateur, en augmen-
tant ou en diminuant son intensité de
vibration.
PROCEDURES DE REGLAGE DU
MOTOVIBRATEUR
Le motovibrateur installé est à mas-
ses variables, donc, s’il s’avère né-
cessaire de changer le degré d’inten-
sité des vibrations suivre les modali-
tés prévues sur la notice UTILISA-
TION ET ENTRETIEN (ci-joint) four-
nie par le constructeur.
La valeur de réglage du motovibra-
teur, monté sur le Big Bag est étroite-
ment lié aux conditions d’utilisation.
Le réglage devra être effectué avant
le démarrage.
Les paramètres à prendre en compte
sont:
- Type de produit;
- Humidité;
- Température;
- Temps de stockage du BIG-BAG;
- Débit;
- Dimensions du BIG-BAG.
Le réglage prévu par le constructeur
en phase de réception, est de 70%.
S’il s’avère nécessaire de modifier
cette valeur il est conseillé de procé-
der graduellement.
Si le résultat n’est pas satisfaisant,
avant de faire un nouveau réglage,
vider la trémie du produit pour ne pas
avoir les résidus des essais précé-
dents.
L’OPÉRATION DOIT ÊTRE EXÉCU-
TÉE UNIQUEMENT PAR DU PER-
SONNEL QUALIFIÉ ET AVEC L'ALI-
MENTATION DÉBRANCHÉE.
- Déposer les couvercles latéraux en
dévissant les vis.
- Desserrer le boulon d’Allen (photo
1), déplacer la masse mobile (pho-
to 2) dans la position désirée.
- Resserrer à fond l'écrou à six pans
creux (Photo 3)
Les poids doivent être réglés de ma-
nière parfaitement identique et dans
le même sens de deux côtés.
L'intensité maximale s'obtient avec
les poids réglables parfaitement ali-
gnés aux poids fixes.
Remonter le couvercles en mon-
tant, sans l’endommager, le joint
d’étanchéité OR.

Se durante il funzionamento si riscon-
trano delle irregolarità nella discesa
del prodotto si può effettuare la rego-
lazione del motovibratore, aumentan-
do o riducendo la sua intensità di vi-
brazione.
PROCEDURE PER LA REGOLAZIO-
NE DEL MOTOVIBRATORE
Il motovibratore installato è a masse
variabili, pertanto, nel caso si renda
necessario variare il grado di intensi-
tà delle vibrazioni seguire le modalità
previste sul libretto USO E MANU-
TENZIONE (in allegato) fornito dal
Costruttore.
Il valore di regolazione del motovibra-
tore, montato sul big bag, è stretta-
mente legato alle condizioni di utiliz-
zo.
La regolazione dovrà essere effet-
tuata prima dell’ avviamento.
I parametri da considerare sono:
- Tipo di prodotto;
- Umidità;
- Temperatura;
- Tempo di stoccaggio del BIG-BAG;
- Portata;
- Dimensioni del BIG-BAG.
La regolazione prevista dal Costrut-
tore in fase di collaudo, è del 70%.
Nel caso si renda necessario modifi-
care tale valore è consigliabile proce-
dere gradualmente.
Se il risultato non è soddisfacente,
prima di procedere a una nuova rego-
lazione, svuotare la tramoggia dal pro-
dotto per non avere residui di prove
precedenti.
L’OPERAZIONE DEVE ESSERE ESE-
GUITA ESCLUSIVAMENTE DA PER-
SONALE QUALIFICATO E CON ALI-
MENTAZIONE DISINSERITA.
- Togliere i coperchi laterali svitando
le viti.
- Allentare il dado a brugola (foto 1),
spostare la massa mobile (foto 2)
nella posizione desiderata.
- Riserrare a fondo il dado a brugola
(Foto 3)
Le masse devono essere regolate in
modo perfettamente uguale e nello
stesso senso in entrambi i lati.
La massima intensità si ottiene con
le masse regolabili perfettamente al-
lineate alle masse fisse.
Rimontare i coperchi, interponen-
do, senza danneggiarla, la guar-
nizione OR di tenuta.
