- Les matières peu fluides ne sortent

pas facilement des sacs. Il est donc
nécessaire d'appliquer des activa-
teurs pneumatiques. Ils agissent di-
rectement sur le fond des "big bag"
en déterminant un rehaussement ou
un abaissement des angles oppo-
sés de manière à stimuler la sortie
du produit compacte sur le fond.
Le mouvement progressif des acti-
vateurs fait prendre une forme en
"V" au big bag de manière à éliminer
les points morts.

Dans le champ 6 du code de com-
mande on peut choisir entre les op-
tions suivantes :
+ + + = SBB sans actionneurs
KCS = Kit actionneurs sans tableau
de commande
KSQ = Kit actionneurs avec tableau
électrique-pneumatique de comman-
de
KSP = réservé pour kit actionneurs
(Dans ce dernier cas les actionneurs
ne sont pas fournis)

N.B.: Les activateurs pneumatiques
peuvent être installés sur le SBB
SEULEMENT si celui-ci a été prévu
pour recevoir ce dispositif lors de la
commande.
Les poids des actionneurs pneu-
matiques est d’environ 80 kg.

de fabrication du châssis de
l’SBB.

- Materials featuring poor flowability

do not flow out of the FIBC easily.
It is therefore necessary to use
pneumatic activators. These devic-
es act directly at the bottom of the
FIBC, causing lifting and lowering
of the opposite corners to stimu-
late the flow of material compacted
at the bottom.
The gradual movement of the acti-
vators makes the FIBC assume a
"V" shape, to eliminate the dead-
lock points.

In field 6 of the order code, select
from the following options:
+ + + = SBB without actuators
KCS = Actuators Kit without control
panel
KSQ = Actuators Kit with electro-pneu-
matic control panel
KSP = provision for actuators kit (In
the latter case, the activators are not
supplied)

N.B.: The pneumatic activators can
be installed on SSB ONLY if provi-
sion has been made on the latter dur-
ing the order phase.
The weight of the pneumatic actu-
ators is approximately 80 kg.

terial used for constructing the
SBB frame.

- Materialien, die nur schwach riesel-

fähig sind und nur schwer aus dem
Big-Bag ausgetragen werden können,
verlangen den Einsatz pneumati-
scher Austraghilfen. Diese wirken
direkt auf den unteren Teil des Big-
Bags und bewegen die gegenüber-
liegenden Sackkanten auf- und
abwärts, damit das im unteren Be-
reich verdichtete Material abläuft.
Das ständige Ausfahren der Aus-
traghilfe dient dazu, daß der Big-Bag
eine V-förmige Gestalt annimmt,
wodurch Toträume beseitigt werden.

Im Feld 6 des Bestellcodes kann man
unter den folgenden Optionen wählen:
+ + + = SBB ohne Austraghilfen
KCS = Bausatz Austraghilfen ohne
Schaltkasten
KSQ = Bausatz Austraghilfen mit
elektrisch-pneumatischem Schalt-
kasten
KSP = Vorrüstung für Bausatz Aus-
traghilfen (im letzteren Fall gehören
die Austraghilfen nicht zum Liefer-
umfang)
N.B.: Die pneumatischen Austraghil-
fen können NUR dann auf dem SBB
installiert werden, wenn dies bei der Be-
stellung der Vorrichtung bereits vorge-
sehen wurde.
Die pneumatischen Austraghilfen ha-
ben ein Gewicht von circa 80 kg.

VORTEILE:

AUSFÜHRUNG:
1) Normstahl
2) Edelstahl 1.4306 je nach dem

Werkstoff, der für das Gestell
des SBB benutzt worden ist.

pertanto si rende necessario ap-
plicare degli attivatori pneumatici.
Questi agiscono direttamente sul
fondo dei big bag determinando
un innalzamento e un abbassa-
mento degli spigoli opposti in
modo da stimolare la fuoriuscita
del materiale compattato sul fon-
do.
La progressiva escursione degli
attivatori fa si che il big bag assu-
me la forma a "V" in modo da eli-
minare i punti morti.

Nel campo 6 del codice di ordina-
zione è possibile scegliere tra le
seguenti opzioni:
+ + + = SBB senza attivatori
KCS = Kit attivatori senza quadro di
comando
KSQ = Kit attivatori con quadro elet-
tro-pneumatico di comando
KSP = predisposizione per kit atti-
vatori (In quest’ultimo caso gli atti-
vatori non sono forniti)

N.B.: Gli attivatori pneumatici pos-
sono essere installati sull’ SBB
SOLO se questo è già stato predi-
sposto in fase d’ordine.
Il peso degli attivatori pneumatici
è di circa 80kg.

VANTAGGI:
1) Sistema funzionale e di facile in-

stallazione.

2) Possibilità di regolazione per ot-

timizzarne il funzionamento.

ESECUZIONE:
1) Acciaio al carbonio
2) Aisi 304L dipendentemente dal

materiale di esecuzione del te-
laio dell’SBB.
