INDICATIONS FOR USE

INDICAZIONE PER L’USO

Gli svuota BIG-BAG NON sono
stati progettati per operare in at-
mosfere potenzialmente esplosi-
ve o con materiali nocivi al con-
tatto e/o all’inalazione oppure pe-
ricolosi dal punto di vista batte-
riologico e virale.
Quando la macchina deve assol-
vere a queste esigenze è d’obbli-
go informare il costruttore.
Lo svuota BIG-BAG dovrà essere
installato con uno spazio circo-
stante sufficiente per effettuare
le normali operazioni di montag-
gio/smontaggio, pulitura e manu-
tenzione.
È vietato, inoltre, mettere in fun-
zione la macchina prima che l’im-
pianto nel quale venga installa-
to sia stato dichiarato conforme
alle disposizioni della Direttiva
Macchine 23/07/1998 (98/37/CE).
In quest’ambito è cura dell’im-
piantista/installatore predisporre
ed installare gli idonei dispositivi
di protezione individuali e col-
lettivi al fine di evitare danni a
cose o persone in caso di rotture.
Prima di effettuare un qualsiasi
intervento sulla macchina assicu-
rasi che questa sia messa in sicu-
rezza.

In seguito, nel presente manua-
le, indicheremo con la dicitura
“mettere in sicurezza la macchi-
na” le seguenti operazioni:
- Accertarsi che la macchina sia

scollegata da tutte le alimenta-
zioni elettriche.

- Accertarsi che la macchina sia

completamente ferma.

- Provvedere ad illuminare cor-

rettamente la zona circostante
alla macchina (eventualmente
dotando gli operatori di lampa-
de elettriche).

- Attendere che la massa di pol-

vere contenuta all’interno sia
completamente depositata e
quindi ferma.

Per qualsiasi operazione da ef-
fettuarsi sulla macchina (manu-
tenzioni e pulizia), gli operatori
dovranno essere muniti degli ap-
positi dispositivi di protezione in-
dividuale (DPI):
- Scarpe antinfortunistiche anti-

statiche (certificate)

- Indumenti protettivi antistatici

(certificati)

- Casco
- Guanti antitaglio antistatici
- Mascherine protettive
Inoltre quei dispositivi di prote-
zione previsti dalla scheda di si-
curezza del prodotto trattato.

Quand la machine doit satisfaire
ces exigences il est obligatoire
d’en informer le constructeur.
Le vide BIG-BAG devra être ins-
tallé avec un espace circonstant
suffisant pour effectuer les opéra-
tions ordinaires de montage/dé-
montage, nettoyage et entretien.
Il est interdit, en outre, de mettre
en service la machine avant que
l’installation dans laquelle il sera
monté n’ait été déclarée confor-
mes aux dispositions de la Direc-
tive Machines du 23/07/1998 (98/
37/CE). Dans ce cadre, le techni-
cien installateur devra monter les
équipements de protection indi-
viduels et collectifs, afin d’éviter
les dommages aux choses ou aux
personnes en cas de ruptures.
Avant d’effectuer une quelconque
intervention sur la machine s’as-
surer que celle-ci a été placée en
condition de sécurité.

Dans le présent manuel la consi-
gne “mettre la machine en sé-
curité” indique les opérations sui-
vantes :
- S’assurer que la machine est dé-

branchée de toutes les alimen-
tations électriques.

- S’assurer que la machine est

complètement arrêtée.

- Eclairer correctement la zone

qui entoure la machine (en do-
tant éventuellement les opéra-
teur de lampes électriques).

- Attendre que la masse de pous-

sière contenue se soit entière-
ment déposée et donc arrêtée.

Pour toute opération à effectuer
sur la machine (entretien et net-
toyage), les opérateurs devront
être munis des équipements de
protection individuelle (EPI) :
- Chaussures de sécurité antista-

tiques (certifiées)

- Vêtements de protection antis-

tatiques (certifiés)

- Casque
- Gants anticoupure antistatiques
- Maques de protection respira-

toire

En outre les équipements de pro-
tection prévus par la fiche de sé-
curité du produit traité.

Die BIG-BAG Entleerstation sind
NICHT zum Einsatz in explosions-
gefährdeter Umgebung oder mit
bei Berührung und/oder beim
Einatmen schädlichen oder un-
ter dem bakteriologischen oder vi-
rologischen Gesichtspunkt gefähr-
lichen Substanzen ausgelegt.
Wenn die Maschine unter solchen
Bedingungen arbeiten muss, ist
es unbedingt erforderlich, den
Hersteller davon zu unterrichten.
Die BIG-BAG Entleerstation ist so
zu installieren dass ringsum aus-
reichend freier Platz bleibt, um
die normalen Ein- und Ausbauar-
beiten, die Reinigung und die
Wartung auszuführen.
Es ist außerdem verboten, die Ma-
schine in Betrieb zu nehmen, be-
vor die Anlage, in die sie instal-
liert werden, den Bestimmungen
der Maschinen-Richtlinie vom
123.07.1998 (98/37/EG) konform
erklärt worden ist. In diesem Rah-
men ist es Pflicht des Anlagen-
bauers/Installateurs, die persön-
lichen bzw. der Allgemeinheit die-
nenden Schutzausrüstungen vor-
zubereiten und zu installieren, um
zu vermeiden dass im Bruchfall
Personen- oder Sachschäden ent-
stehen.
Bevor man irgendeinen Eingriff
an der Maschine ausführt, ist zu
überprüfen, dass diese in einen
sicheren Zustand versetzt worden
ist.
In diesem Handbuch verstehen
wir unter dem Begriff „das Gerät
in einen sicheren Zustand ver-
setzen” folgendes:
- Sicherstellen, dass das Geräte

von allen elektrischen Versor-
gungsquellen getrennt ist.

- Sicherstellen, dass die Maschi-

ne ganz still steht.

- Dafür sorgen, dass der Bereich

rings um das Gerät in angemes-
sener Weise beleuchtet ist
(eventuell indem man das Per-
sonal mit elektrischen Lampen
ausstattet).

- Sicherstellen, dass die Staub-

masse innerhalb sich ganz ab-
gelagert hat und sich daher
nicht mehr bewegt.

Für jede am Gerät durch-zufüh-
rende Arbeit wie Wartung und
Reinigung muss das Personal mit
den entsprechenden persönli-
chen Schutzausrüstungen (PSA)
ausgestattet sein:
- Antistatische Sicherheitsschuhe

(zertifiziert)

- Antistatische Schutzkleidung

(zertifiziert)

- Schutzhelme
- Antistatische Schnittschutz-

Handschuhe

- Atemschutzmasken.
Außerdem sind die Schutz-maß-
nahmen, die auf dem Sicherheits-
datenblatt des behandelten Pro-
dukts stehen, betroffen.

The FIBC UNLOADERS ARE NOT
designed for operating in poten-
tially explosive atmospheres or
with materials that are harmful on
contact and/or when inhaled, or
hazardous from a bacteriological
or viral point of view.
The manufacturer must be in-
formed if the machine is required
to satisfy these requirements.
The FIBC UNLOADER must be
installed with sufficient clearance
around it to allow for normal as-
sembly/disassembly, cleaning and
maintenance operations.
It is also forbidden to start up the
machine before the plant in which
it is installed has been declared
as conforming to the provisions
of Machine Directive 23/07/1998
(98/37/EC). In this regard, the in-
staller must make provision for
installing suitable personal and
public protection devices to avoid
damage to objects and harm to
persons in the event of breakage.
Before carrying out any operation,
make sure the machine is in safe-
ty condition.

In this manual, from here onwards
“setting the machine in safety
conditions” will indicate the fol-
lowing operations:
- Make sure the machine is dis-

connected from all electric
power supply sources.

- Make sure the machine is com-

pletely stopped

- Provide sufficient lighting

around the machine operating
area (the operators may be pro-
vided with electric lamps if ne-
cessary).

- Wait for the powder mass inside

to settle down completely, and
then stop the machine.

Before carrying out any operation
on the machine (maintenance or
cleaning), the operators must use
suitable personal protection
equipment:
- antistatic safety footwear (certi-

fied)

- antistatic protective clothing (cer-

tified)

- helmet
- antistatic, cut-proof gloves
- safety masks
In addition to these, use the safe-
ty devices specified in the safety
chart of the product handled.
