VIII REPAIR
VIII.1 Various examples of faults
The Regulation of the VORT NRG EC units is equipped with alarms. When the red LED blinks, press on the alarm button
(red) to display the fault.
Faults are classified into class A, B or C (see details below)
Type of fault:
A: The fault stops the ventilation system. The device does not start until the problem is solved and the fault is eliminated.
B: The fault does not stop the ventilation system. To clear the alarm, the fault must be eliminated. It remains in the the log
but does not prevent the system from functioning.
C: The fault does not stop the ventilation system and disappears automatically as soon as the problem is resolved.

Description of fault Cause
CORRIGO screen not lighting Power supply to unit is incorrect (P/B LED of CORRIGO off)
- To light screen, press on a key (back-lighting).
The fan(s) is/are not working The clocks are at 0 or you have no external start order
Remote control is not working or
is giving wrong values Remote control wire not original (wire changed, shortened or extended)
Repeater wrongly connected
