■ The heat pump control unit/PCB
supply must be made without block-
ing by the power supply utility; tariffs
that are subject to possible shutdown
must not be applied to these supplies.
The power supply to the heat pump
control unit (3 x 1.5 mm
2
) and the cable
for the power-OFF signal can be com-
bined in a 5-core cable.
■ Protect the power supply to the heat
pump control unit with 16 A max.
■ For accessories and external compo-
nents that are not to be connected to
the heat pump control unit, we recom-
mend making the power connection
via the same fuse/MCB, but certainly
with the same phase as the heat pump
control unit.
Connection to the same fuse/MCB
provides additional safety when the
power is switched off. Observe the
power consumption of the connected
consumers (see from page 47
onwards).
