The outdoor unit is pre-charged with refrigerant
R410A.
In the following cases, fit oil lift bends in the vertical hot
gas line:

In heating mode, if the indoor unit is installed higher
than the outdoor unit.
■
In cooling mode, if the indoor unit is installed lower
than the outdoor unit.
Distance between the oil lift bends approx. 5 m.
The oil lift bends guarantee that the refrigerant oil is
reliably conveyed back to the compressor.

Inside the building
The indoor and outdoor units are connected to each
other via the refrigerant lines and the connecting cable.
Wall outlets are required for this purpose. On these
wall outlets consider brackets, lintels, sealing elements
(e.g. vapour barriers) etc.
Note
To avoid structure-borne noise transmission, refriger-
ant lines may not touch the PVC or PE pipe.
