Illuminates when the engine is
running
Caution
Engine lubrication may be
interrupted. This may result in
damage to the engine and / or
locking of the drive wheels.
Park the vehicle and check the engine
oil level

Warning
When the engine is off,
considerably more force is needed
to brake and steer. During an
Autostop the brake servo unit will
still be operational.
Do not remove key until vehicle is
stationary, otherwise the steering
wheel lock could engage
unexpectedly.
Keep engine turned off and let the
vehicle be towed to a workshop.
Flashes when the engine is
running
The engine oil quality is deteriorated.
Change the engine oil as soon as
possible.
The engine performance might be
limited.

Low fuel

illuminates yellow.
Fuel level in the tank is too low. Refuel
immediately.
Never run the tank dry.
If

flashes, the system has a fault.
Seek the assistance of a workshop.
Catalytic converter
Bleeding the diesel fuel system
Drain fuel filter

The diesel filter contains water. Risk
of damage to the injection system.
Seek the assistance of a workshop.

illuminates yellow.
The ignition key inserted has not been
recognised. The engine cannot start.
Change the key and have the faulty
key checked.
If

illuminates for about
10 seconds when the ignition is
switched on, the alarm has been
triggered.
Seek the assistance of a workshop to
have the locks checked.
