2. NOTES FOR USE
Premise:
This appliance must be used only in the way
in which it was expressly intended. The ovens
were designed to cook food as here below
described. Every other use is to be considered
improper.
The oven allows you to work on temperature
between 0 and 260
°
C. It can be used to:
-
bake all types of bread and pastry, both
fresh or frozen;
-
cook all gastronomy preparations, fresh or
frozen
-
regeneration of refrigerated or frozen food
-
steam meat, fish and all kind of vegetables.
When placing the food in the cooking cham-
ber, leave at least 20 mm between the trays in
order to allow the hot air to circulate inside the
cooking chamber.
Please avoid to put salt on the food inside the
cooking chamber.
3. CONTROL PANEL
3.1
Description and use of the digital control
panel
Cooking control
The time is displayed in minutes and you can
program it in four basic periods.
The digital control allows you to regulate coo-
king time up to a maximum of 9 hours and 59
minutes for each basic period.
You can regulate all the working possibilities,
such as temperature, steam, etc., for each
basic period.
To switch from a basic period to another, you
have to push the key you find on the left side of
the timer knob.
The total time you see displayed is the sum
of the time set in each one of the four basic
periods.
During the cooking, you see displayed the time
left to the end of the total cooking time.
The function IF can be activated only during the
first base time.
The If you activate this function in the 4 base
time, you will see “HLD” (holding function) writ-
ten on the display: the oven works up to when
it is manually stopped pushing the START/STOP
key.
Clima control
This function of the digital control allows you to
set the quantity of steam and the percentage
of drying inside the cooking chamber.
Turning the knob clockwise you set the per-
centage of steam you want inside the cooking
chamber: the green leds light up (every lit led
means an increase of 10% of steam inside the
cooking chamber).
Turning the knob counterclockwise you set
the percentage of drying: the red leds light up
(every lit led means an increase of 10%).
If you read "000" on the time display and you
turn the knob counteclockwise, on the display
you read InF. When something like this hap-
pens the cooking time is never ending. The
oven starts up pressing the START / STOP key
and stops only when you press the key again.
The function INF can be activated only during
the first base time.
