After you set all the inputs related to the four
periods, keep pressed the "MEM PROG" key
at least for 5 seconds: the oven will beep to
confirm the program has been saved.

control of the prover and vice versa.
When the led is red, you control the oven.
When the led is green, you control the prover.
Prover control
When you are in prover management (and
the led is green), you can only change time
and temperature; all the other functions are
deactivated.
Working time and temperature of the prover
are to be set using the control panel of the
oven.
The maximum temperature you can set in the
prover is 70

"WATER" key on the prover
If you press the push-button, you manually let
water in the basin of the prover (pay attention
to the level of the basin to avoid water over-
