Configuring Output HDCP Downstream
The CORIOmatrix web interface automatically populates with some data about your input
and output cards. There are some aspects that you can configure in addition to the default
information.
The HDCP Downstream feature gives you the ability to change the way each output handles
"HDCP Downstream" communications.
In the default setting, "Hold On", the Output is permanently HDCP enabled and will
work if the display device is HDCP compliant.
The "Keep Off" option disables HDCP on the Output, meaning that only non- HDCP
sources will work on the Output.
The "Follow Sources" option turns the HDCP on the output on or off depending on
source stream - if HDCP is present on the source stream, it will require HDCP
compliance from downstream devices.
To configure the HDCP settings of the output:
1. Click on the gear icon
next to the output you wish to configure.
2. The right-hand pane shows some information about that output, including the full
name, the alias, the status of the slot, and the resolution:
3. Click the Configure button in the bottom right hand corner of the settings pane. A new
window pops up:
