Troubleshooting - Website Looks Wrong
If you log in to the CORIOmatrix Web UI and find that it doesn't display correctly, there are a
number of steps to take to resolve the issue. Try these in order - if the first step does not
resolve the issue, go to the next step, and so forth.
1. Make sure you are using a supported browser. See
“
Supported Browsers
”
on page
25 for a complete list. Unsupported browsers will perform in unpredictable ways;
some may not let you log in at all; some may display the login page but not progress
to the Routing page; some may show the routing page but other elements of the
interface may not perform correctly.
2. If you are using a supported browser but the Routing page still does not display
correctly, reload the page by using the F5 key or the Reload button in the address
bar.
3. If a simple refresh does not resolve the issue, force refresh the page by using the
Ctrl-F5 combination or hold down the Shift key while pressing the Reload button
(Control key plus Reload button in Internet Explorer) in the address bar.
4. If none of the above steps resolves the issue, try using a different supported browser
to see if the issue persists.
The above steps resolve the vast majority of login issues. If none of these steps help, please
