22 Introduction
Modularity
T he CORIOmatrix MX, CORIOmatrix and CORIOmatrix mini frames come as
standard with a CPU module and an inbuilt DVI-I card (with two inputs) and a
single Power Supply Unit.
The video modules available for these units are DVI-I , Universal DVI , 3G-SDI ,
HD-SDI and HDBaseT . You can also get an audio module and a monitor card

In addition to the video cards, a monitor card is available from tvONE which
enables you to see all attached inputs and outputs on a separate display. See
“ About Monitoring ” on page 117 for more information.

require firmware version M306 or later.
2 Universal DVI allows the connection of a number of different adapters for HDMI, VGA, Y/C, Composite, etc.

4 The HDBaseT module allows for transmission of uncompressed, HDMI-quality video, audio and LAN up to
100m with good quality cabling. The card has two independent HDBaseT outputs and a single LAN input, supporting
100Base-T.
