Editing Horizontal Sync Polarity Property from CORIOdiscover Resolution Editor
Learn how to set the
Horizontal Synchronization Polarity
for a Custom Resolution via the
Resolution Editor in CORIOdiscover.
Description
The
Horizontal Sync Pulse
is a single short pulse which identifies the start of each row of
pixels (line of video) in the Custom Resolution. It can be either
Positive
or
Negative
. This
value is the
Horizontal Sync Polarity.
Instructions
1. From the Resolution Editor window, scroll to the Custom Resolutions section and
press the
Edit
button next to the Custom Resolution you want to edit.
2. In the new window, you can edit various properties of the Custom Resolution. In the
left column of the right-hand section, you can choose
Positive
or
Negative
from the
drop-down
Polarity
list under the
Horizontal
heading.
