APPENDIX

After replacing a tyre, implement the op-

eration described in the “TYRE CHANGE

CALIBRATION”. (See page 94.)

This navigation system uses tyre turning

data and is designed to work with factory--

specified tyres for your vehicle. Installing

tyres that are larger or smaller than the origi-

nally equipped diameter may cause inaccu-

rate display of the vehicle’s position. The

tyre pressure also affects the diameter of the

tyres so please make sure the tyre pressure

of all four tyres are correct.

In order to provide you with as accurate map

information as possible, we are always gath-

ering information such as on road repairs

and carrying out on--site investigations.

However, the names of roads, streets, facili-

ties, and their locations frequently change.

In some places, construction on roads may

be in progress. For that reason, information

on some areas in this system might be differ-

ent from the actual location.
The map database is normally updated once

a year. Contact any authorized Toyota deal-

er or repairer and most auto parts stores or

another qualified professional, for informa-

tion about the availability and pricing of an

update.
