13. Replacement of the service PC board

13.1.

Inverter Box Replacement

Tools:

Screwdriver

Steps:

1. Perform the works of (12.1, 12.2 and 12.3)
2. Disconnect all cables of the inverter box in being careful of wire locations

TL sensor

TS sensor

TD sensor

TO sensor

TE sensor

2 fans

Four way valve

Two way valve

HP switch

Thermal cut off of compressor

PMV’s (one for 17kW and two for 21kW)

LP sensor

Wires 1 / 2 / 3 connected of NHC board

Power L1 / L2 / L3 / Neutral / Earth

Power of compressor (directly on the compressor = 3 wires)

3. Remove six screws which maintain the inverter box
4. Remove the inverter box (to remove it, lift up it)

For 5 minutes after the power is turned off, do not disassemble the inverter to prevent an
electric shock
