Remove Electrical Box
Tools: Screwdriver
Steps: 1. Perform the work of (12.2)
2. Disconnect the main power supply
3. When fixed speed pump is present inside the unit, then:
-
Unscrew the four screws of pump electrical box
-
Disconnect the four wires in being careful of wire locations to respect the order of phases
4. When variable speed pump is present inside the unit, then perform the work (12.3)
5. Disconnect the electric heaters (one or two according to the unit configuration) on terminal
block:
-
Phase: X3.3
-
Neutral: X2.32
-
Earth: X2.33
6. Disconnect the flow switch on terminal block X2.8 and X2.13
7. Disconnect the customer connections of terminal block (ex. WUI, DHW sensor,
Header/Follower sensor…)
8. Disconnect terminals J8 / J9 / J11 in being careful of wire locations
9. Disconnect on inverter board the NHC connections 1 / 2 / 3
10. Unscrew two screws on right side of electrical box + one screw on the partition panel
11. Remove electrical box
Note the different locations wires on terminal block or refer to wiring diagram
