8.1.2. Domestic hot water (DHW) operation
1. Purpose
DHW (sanitary) supply
2. Details
This section performs hot water supply
operation according to heating conditions
specified for the steps on the left.
3. Operations
a) By selecting [HOT WATER] on the remote
controller,
b) The NHC PCB starts to transmit a hot
water supply operation signal to the monobloc
compressor control.
c) The monobloc outdoor unit performs the
operation controls shown on the left while also
controlling the circulation pump, hot water
cylinder heater ON/OFF and the 3 way valve.
d) MCC-1599 (interface PCB) unit controls the
compressor, outdoor fan motor, electric
expansion valve, and 4-way valve based on
the operation signals transmitted by the NHC
PCB.
8.1.3. Heating operation

This section performs heating operation
according to heating conditions specified for
the steps on the left.
3. Operations
a) By selecting [HEATING] on the remote
controller,
b) The NHC PCB starts to transmit a heating
operation signal to the monobloc outdoor unit.
c) The monobloc outdoor unit performs the
operation controls shown on the left while also
controlling the circulation pump, electric
heater “ON/OFF”, and the water 3-way valve.
d) MCC-1599 (interface PCB) controls the
compressor, outdoor fan motor, electric
expansion valve, and 4-way valve based on
the operation signals transmitted by the NHC
PCB.

This section performs cooling operation
according to cooling conditions specified for
the steps on the left.
11. Operations
a) By selecting [COOLING] on the remote
controller,
b) The NHC PCB starts to transmit a cooling
operation signal to the monobloc outdoor unit.
c) The monobloc outdoor unit performs the
operation controls shown on the left while also
controlling the circulation pump, electric
heater “ON/OFF”, and the water 3-way valve.
d) MCC-1599 (interface PCB) controls the
compressor, outdoor fan motor, electric
expansion valve, and 4-way valve based on
the operation signals transmitted by the NHC
PCB.
