Hole Punch Mode (Optional)
When the optional hole punch unit is attached to the finisher (Optional), you can hole punch your copies.
* The paper weight should be in the range of 17 lb. to 53 lb. Special paper such as OHP files or labels is
excluded.

Place paper in the drawer(s).

menu as shown in the illustration on the
right (highlighted).

Press the [HOLE PUNCH] button.

Available paper sizes for the hole punch:
Since the number of punch holes and the distance between the
holes vary depending on the country, purchase a hole punch unit
that meets your requirements. (For details, consult your service
technician.)
