In the Review step, review the run plan summary, then click Save and Print to
print the run setup guide, if desired. Click Save to save the run plan without
printing.
The run plan summary lists the following details:
• the consumables that are required for thise run
• how much sample volume to load
• where to load samples and primer pool tubes
• the sample concentration.
